If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
xTool F1 Laser Systems manufactures and distributes portable dual-laser engraving equipment, accessories, and related software. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on this Site are provided for informational purposes and may differ slightly from actual products due to manufacturing updates, photography, and display settings. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.
All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Submitting an inquiry form or quote request does not constitute a binding order. A binding purchase agreement is formed only upon our written confirmation of your order and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where pricing errors have occurred.
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
xTool F1 products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period specified in the product documentation (typically one year from the date of purchase). The warranty covers the laser source, control board, optical components, and structural frame. Consumable items such as lenses, protective windows, and cables are covered for 90 days. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper voltage supply, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping costs. Products that have been used, assembled beyond initial inspection, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Custom-engraved demonstration units are not returnable. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product and passing inspection.
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of xTool F1 Laser Systems or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
You agree to use our products in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Laser engraving equipment is subject to safety regulations including FDA 21 CFR 1040 and CE standards. You are responsible for operating the equipment safely, providing appropriate ventilation, using required personal protective equipment, and ensuring compliance with local business licensing requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xTool F1 Laser Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xTool F1 Laser Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the English language.
